Wetback Firetube Boiler

AirClean offers four lines of wetback firetube boilers ranging from 70 to 2,500 Boiler horsepower. All models include high-efficiency, three-pass arrangments and: 

• Wetback turnaround eliminating refractory baffles and gaskets.
• 3/4" thick tubesheets and 9/l6" minimum tube hole ligament to decrease the possibilities of ligament cracks, warped and overheated tubesheet and better tube-holding capabilities.
• 3-pass spiraled tubes provide high-operating efficiencies
• High- and low-pressure configurations
• Steam or hotwater designs
• Use of natural gas, oil, both or alternative fuels for firing.

All boiler/burner units are manufactured to ASME code requirements and each unit is checked by a registered inspector of the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.
